Portfolio and Project Management
EnviroSolve professionals are experienced in managing environmental liabilities and in providing environmental, health and safety compliance for large and small remediation portfolios. Our services include extensive project management of consultants and subcontractors, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, estimating liability reserves and developing and assuring remediation strategies are implemented. We interface directly with attorneys and regulatory agencies to ensure strategies are consistent with contractual and regulatory requirements. We also assist in developing and implementing training programs to assure compliance with EH&S requirements and the utilization of various sampling techniques.
Laboratory Oversight
EnviroSolve is familiar with providing national management support for major company laboratory management programs, and has been able help ensure high-quality, legally defensible results while controlling client costs. Our services include providing technical and contract liaison services for client consultants and laboratories, development, support and provision of content for client internal and external laboratory websites, and development of protocol, processes and procedures to prevent miss-identification of lab analytes and to ensure the correct reporting of data.
Financial Management
EnviroSolve personnel have experience serving as contract employees in the management of nation-wide financial systems and services. Our services include support of internal financial systems, including data collection from suppliers and input to internal systems, spend tracking, financial analysis, redesign of liability reserve estimation software and management of nationwide reserve roll-up.
Software
EnviroSolve professionals are experienced in providing software support across international lines. Our services include evaluation of and assistance with selection of software systems, conducting training in a wide range of software and system applications, providing user support across domestic and international locations and beta testing for internal systems.
EH&S Support and Training
EnviroSolve EH&S professionals are experienced in providing EH&S support as contract personnel within the confines of our clients´ organizations. Our services include development of new EH&S tools and training among client and contractor personnel, development of multi-media video EH&S presentations for large job sites and major office complexes, integration of HSE programs, plans and procedures across several facilities within the client company and the creative development, research and composition of monthly EH&S communications facilitating information exchange between client personnel, contractors and sub-contractors. EnviroSolve also provides EH&S training from areas as diverse as office and laboratory safety to OSHA-required safety training. Objective-based training assures success in achieving HSE training goals. Knowledgeable EnviroSolve trainers make sessions enjoyable as well as valuable.
Environmental Liability Management (Waste Site Disposal Audits)
Advising clients on decisions regarding waste disposal and long-term liability can be complex. EnviroSolve has conducted more than 100 audits and reviews of trade association audits at hazardous waste landfills and incinerators, wastewater treatment plants, non-hazardous waste landfills and contaminated soil thermal desorption facilities. EnviroSolve has also developed and manages a Web-based system, WasteTrak.com, which enables clients to reduce liabilities associated with hazardous waste disposal. Built into WasteTrak is a database of audited waste-disposal sites, providing assistance to clients in the decision making process as they choose the right site and treatment for each waste.
